Tony Renelli
Tony is a graduate of UIC with a degree in business management with over 40 years’ experience in real estate and property management. The Chicago native has an extensive background that includes managing multi-family commercial real estate and residential properties along with being a licensed realtor for 10 years. During his time as a realtor, Tony learned to navigate the complex terrain of real estate negotiation and how the process affects both home buyers and sellers. His understanding of buying and selling, coupled with his background in residential development and management, helped make his transition to real estate investing a seamless one.Anthony Renelli
Anthony exemplifies integrity, energy, and creativity in every aspect of his professional endeavors. Anthony grew up in the Chicago area and started his entrepreneurial habits at an early age of twelve starting his own landscape and snow removal services for local neighbors. He has continued working hard and has since co-founded a resale company in 2003 while at the same time built a successful 25 plus year career in banking and finance; entailing construction lending, property management and evaluating real estate. His bachelor’s degree in business management and graphic design from Elmhurst College help contribute to his attention to detail and desire to think “outside the box”.
Carmen Salerno
Carmen brings to the group his extensive background in marketing and technology. He has helped create and maintain websites for a vast array of companies. Growing up in the Chicagoland area he has studied business and real estate along with having more than 20 years’ experience in operations management. He has a natural ability for working with people that allows him to maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, real estate agents, and other investors. Carmen has been recognized with numerous awards for leadership and performance. Carmen’s strengths are his creativity, drive, and trustworthiness. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach.
